CONFIRMATION of DETAILS Once the date, time, type of cruise, numbers, booking cost and deposit has been agreed on verbally, a letter or email will be forwarded to you to confirm the details of your booking.

DEPOSIT -We require you to forward the stated deposit as cheque or postal order within 7 days of receipt of the confirmation letter/email. - A phone credit facility for deposits only is also available. - Deposits are non-refundable, as any other potential bookings for the same time can not be made.

FINAL CONFIRMATION Final confirmation for your booking is not accepted until your deposit, and signed agreement of these terms and conditions has been received by us.

FINAL NUMBERS Final numbers must be given 7 days prior to the cruise date. This is the minimum amount payable.

CANCELLATION Any cancellation within 7 days of the cruise will incur a 50% charge of the total cost of the cruise.

FINAL PAYMENT - OPTIONS - Cash payment for groups can be made on the day of the cruise, but must be collected as the total amount owing – individual payments will not be accepted. - Credit card payment for groups can be made on the day of the cruise – but only for the total amount owing - individual payments will not be accepted. - Direct deposit payment of the balance owing can be made to the Leisure Lass River Cruises bank account at least 7 days prior to the cruise date. - Cheque payments to be made out to Leisure Lass River Cruises at least 7 days prior to the cruise date.

DEPARTURE TIMES - If departure is delayed due to late arrival of the group or members, lost cruise time cannot be compensated for. - Cruises depart rain or fine weather – safety permitting.

ALCOHOL - Please note that any unsatisfactory behaviour caused by excess consumption of alcohol will not be tolerated on the water, as the safety of all passengers is the primary concern on all cruises. The operators reserve the right to terminate any cruse immediately if dissatisfied with any behaviour of concern. No refund will be given.
